Our programs are guided by the Early Learning Content Standards set by the Ohio Department of Education.

The program director holds a Master’s diploma in Early Childhood Development.  Most of the staff involved in the program have years of experience in an early childhood setting.  Each staff member have the required background checks as required by the Ohio Department of Education and have attended the Protecting God's Children Seminar as required by The Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus.  The teachers are trained in CPR, First Aid, Communicable Disease Management and Child Abuse and meet certain in-service training requirements each year.
